Have you actually looked at your invoice online EE's website to see the itemised charges?

None of EE's broadband packages are £15.31 per month either. You will have line rental in there somewhere at £15.40 per month so that's already higher than what you think you should be paying, without broadband!

Yes your latest bill shows your package being changed from 'Broadband Plus 8mb' to 'Broadband & Anytime Mobile Calls with a 20GB usage cap. I can't find a package like that anywhere on the EE website!

Have you called EE recently to review your current package/offer? Or did you have an offer say 6 or 12 months ago and it may have lapsed? Although to be honest looking at your bill it doesn't appear to be a credit, just a straight up package change.

Hi i phoned EE up about november 2013 to see what deals they had & the guy said wee can give you the same deal as last year with the "first 3 months free" then after that it will be £15.31 a month

I phoned EE up on Sunday and the guy on the phone filled in my complaint form and has passed it on to some EE-team that can listen to my telephone calls that i made to EE then they will email me
