Oh ok, perhaps they have a certain amount of the larger gifts so send those out first before changing to the smaller?

Hi it is online that is making errors with the offer. I ordered online to collect from store near hotel we staying for few nights. While waiting to collect the order you could see a display cabinet with GWP. After I received my box left the store and had a look was disappointed as no where near what could see in the cabinet so went to Lancôme counter spoke to someone who explained we weren't supposed to get certain bits sure enough the larger full sized products were if you ordered 3 items this is explained on instore displays also creams or lipstick not both. She gave me the option of doing another purchase to receive the 2 full size items which I did. Out of 5 items I had chosen all were OOS so for all the hassle & waiting threw in a couple if more samples :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you Claire for posting as also used £31 in GC I had left so very little cash out lay :j:j:j love the quality of their make up & the chocolatey flavour juicy tube mmmm which only found out from purchasing for another GWP year or so back.

Sorry inside the bag was a flyer which explains the deal really well but it is misleading online guess maybe depending on who processes the orders.

Just received my order, and the two littlw tubes are missing. Slightly disappointed, but still a good deal as I love Lancome makeup and skincare products. The lipstick is quite red and it matches the nail varish I ordered. I don't tend to wear bright red makeup, but thought I'd do something different this summer(-:

Just got my delivery and the small perfume smashed to pieces.
I have called them and they said they can refund it in store.

and just checked the prices
all prices gone down.

so there is trip to House of fraser today.

I have been yesterday and tempted to buy another set to get extra items with the third purchase. lucky me, didnt buy it

They've changed the picture of thr gwp on the website and it only contains the 8 products most of us received.
