Hey folks,
I'll be printing and posting the 1st appeal letter (a copy of Coupon-mad's excellent work) in the coming days. In the NtK they specifically mention that "the terms and conditions of parking which were clearly and prominently displayed on our cark park signs" as a point. I took photos the day after of the front of the particular retail unit which was parked at, which shows a complete absence of such signs so I'll be printing and adding those images to the letter (can't hurt to prove them wrong on that point, right?!)
At the point of sending, I'll be sure to get a certificate of posting and then follow it up with an online submission.

Really interesting that pre-POFA, they would never have cancelled.
Post-POFA, initially, they would never have cancelled.
Now they are getting regularly spanked, they are seeing sense and cancelling.
The sad thing is that this will not 'drive up standards in the industry' because they will still be issuing tickets at that site and raking in money from people who cough up.Dedicated to driving up standards in parking0
