Echoing all the other sentiments particularly Maggicon's, though it is my son's wardrobe I have been rummaging through for warm tops, and I am not so sure I'd want him in any of my clothes no matter how sassy they were!

Thank you all. Ali, I don't think too much prep to do for this one really - its all stuff that I do, although there are a couple of tests I may just have a little practice over the weekend, but its stuff that I do so its really whether I can hold my nerve. So yes GP your confidence vibes are greatly received. How to impress them with with Superdave outfit. Lol :rotfl: Wf8 your post made me laugh. Boys do have nice tops though - my dd has pinched some of my nephews cast offs.
This job would put me slightly better off than if I'd stay in the one before I went to carp job, its also slightly nearer to home and a good pension and not bad hols.:D:D

Ratison - fab - I still haven't made it, so pleased it turned out well. I now have more eggs so will definitely make it this week. Thank you for reminding me about it - it looks so Yum. xx
INOD, thanks for asking, from what I've heard it will be based around the application form so will be very much tell us what you think this work should look like, how would you tackle this and what experience have you had at this. So I can draw on my previous experience. I also need to be prepared to talk about the softer elements of the job such as equality and diversity and just show awareness so I can go over my training with my current company. My tactic is to be very relaxed going in and then get myself woken up and on the ball for during the interview so that I am focussed on what I actually do rather than trying to waffle. I had some good advice that if they ask anything I don't do, think of something that is similar and say, well I've had experience of xxx (rather than saying I don't do it). I think because I've had a couple of interviews recently I'm feeling so much more confident, although probably on the day I'll be feeling much more anxious. :-)OSWL (start 13st) by 30Jun20 6/10

Try and not spend too long scene setting. Each candidate will have an equal amount of time so focus on what you did, said, learnt rather than explaining the circumstances. It's something that trips people up when I'm interviewing though it could be that they think I need the background!Mortgage at 01.01.14 £119,481.83:eek: today £0 Emergency fund £5.5/5.5k & £200/200 cash.:jWeight 24/02/19 14st 7lb now 12st determined to stop defining myself by my mistakes.
