Do you really think he's still stood there?0 -

Rather than start a new thread thought I would continue from
Here. Before he took the old fence down we had several wall decorations and hanging baskets on our fence. We just tried putting them back up and he's came out shouting at us were not allowed as the screws will damage the fence. Can he stop us?
I feel really annoyed as we have had to spend a fair bit of money replacing what he's damaged and dug away including the solar lights he'd snapped off. Not to mention he's dumped all his waste soil, stones etc in my car park.0 -

Who's fence is it?
His, so yes he can.0 -
It's on both borders so not his and our landlord paid towards it too.0

Theirs, so yes they can.
Also get on to the HA and ask them to remove all the rubble on your car park, when they ask what rubble and where did it come from - you can tell them.
It may be, the HA will bill him half to remove the rubble depending on just how much there is.Looking forward to the day I have nothing left to list on eBay0 -

It's his and the HAs so the OP should get permission off the HA if you want to be a !!!! about it.

It isn't his fence, the HA said is is a party fence, shared owenership and they shared the cost. There is nothing in my tenancy stating I can not fix anything to garden fences and we have had the solar lights etc up for years. They have advised I put a trellis up to cover the concrete for the safety of my children and they even paid for the trellis so they clearly do not object to me screwing into the fence.0

Have you asked the neighbor about the missing lock and broken light?. Have you told him to stay out of your garden?.0
