    Had my Beko 4 years now, no problems. Suppliers (One of the big stores..maybe Comet), delivered and fitted and would have taken the old one away.
    Got to it via Pricerunner.
  • Thanks for your replies and especially for the tip about Co-op. I opted to try a Beko machine as I'd seen so many good reviews. The one I wanted was out of stock on the Co-op site (shame, because it was cheaper) but they had a higher spec model for very little more cost so I went for that one, with Saturday delivery.

    All of my appliances are Beko, I wouldn't buy anything else now, all in the black range - slimline dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and 8kg washing machine which is brilliant. Had it for 3 years, no problems at all (touch wood).

    I bought them all from appliances online, i've found them really good. I just bought the dishwasher and they took the old one away for £10, free delivery too, they call at 7am on the day to tell you if it'll be AM or PM.
    Cheapest prices i've found too (I don't work for them I promise, I fix boilers!)

    edit: just seen that you've already ordered it, sorry!

    My husband works for an electrical retailer and his service team will always tell you Bosch, Siemens or Miele.
    We have this one;

    It is brilliant. We had got a Samsung(for the 5 year guarantee) first but had problem after problem(3 machines in total) so they let us change it for a Bosch.

    Interestingly I have never had a problem with a washing machine. Had a whirlpool for 11 years which was still working fine when I changed it for a beko with a larger drum, now had the beko for around a year. But a relative of mine has a Miele and had to have the drum replaced after a year or so.
