I have broadband only on this tariff which was taken out in March 2013. Tariff is £5.99 .
I thought the contract would end after 12 months but I have heard nothing from PlusNet. Can I now end the contract without penalty?

Thats an answer you won't get on an internet forum. So just ring them and ask.0

The contract is not 12m, the minimum term is 12m. If you do nothing then it continues until you give 30 days notice. Subject to that you can then leave without penalty. No free lunch, and no free laptop

You need to change supplier using a mac or other recognised method otherwise the following link will explain what will apply.
