    Hi all

Just to let you know, I found out via a mailout form our local ecology park on the Greenwich Peninsula that Sunday 1st May is National Dawn Chorus day. The park people invite people to go there from 6:30 am to 8:30 am to listen to the birds and enjoy the nature before the hustle and bustle of traffic begins. It sounds lovely!

After the birdwatching walk they offer tea and toast.

Anyone fancy going with us tomorrow, who live near Greenwich? PM me!

Finally I'm an OAP and can travel free (in London at least!).

My cheap and very relaxing and rewarding thing is to set my alarm early, say 6am, at a time i know the kids won't be up. Have a PROPER coffee all to myself and enjoy the peace and quiet!
