Nothing on giffgaff is 4G yet, it's planned for April.
Their plans for 4G bundles are here:

No plans for unlimited 4G. You weren't expecting that for £12 surely?0 -

I had an email inviting me to try it out 4g that is as a trial thing. However their support is absolutely attrocious its gone to the dogs. You get different answers to the same query in the same thread with different agents telling you different things. Wonder how long they will last.0

4G is still being said to be "early April". As has been said, there are no unlimited plans for 4G.

@digp you write

The support isn't from "agents" employed by giffgaff, it is from other users and can be of variable quality.
The savings on not having support staff working from scripts are priced into the overall offer.0 -

Agreed, and the advice from the silver or gold status members is normally pretty good (it's best just to ignore the newbies who post nonsense just to boost post count).====0
