Have you read the sticky threads yet, e.g. the 'NEWBIES read these FAQs first' one? Tells you about options if 'too late to appeal' including rewinding the appeal clock.

Do your company not realise that by ignoring it they remain liable? They've played this badly wrong so far - firms should NOT ignore after the law changed 18 months ago. It's too late for them to appeal so by ignoring it, they continually remain liable and could be issued with court papers - is that what they want to be exposed to? However, it is NOT too late if they give your name & address, then when you get a PCN in the post, you appeal (as per the sticky thread of FAQs for NEWBIES).

We win every time at POPLA appeal but you have to get a PCN issued to you, in order to start your appeal by sending the template letter in the sticky. DON'T just take the notice from the company and appeal to that. Don't just rush to name yourself as driver. Get them to name YOU and wait for your own PCN in the post.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
