Hi, just before xmas I parked in Costco and done my shopping and then left my car over the stipulated time


I now have a photo evidence of me coming & going


The fine is going up all the time its now £180 and they have a solicitors team called Gladstones on it chasing


Is this enforceable ? I had been shopping and got a receipt ?

Have you received letters the ought the post that you have ignored?

Contact the shops or if it's a big centre then the centre manager and try
To get it cancelled.

I have a company car and yes the company have ignored the letters


its an out of town retail park

Was there a notice stuck to the windscreen or has it all been through post?

nothing on my windscreen just a notice and photo evidence of my car

get the company to name you as driver

this should get you a new PCN in your own name providing its all ANPR and no windscreen ticket was issued

then appeal this new PCN as per the NEWBIES sticky thread

as stated, also complain to the landowner or retail park/shops to get it cancelled too

ps:- its not a fine , its a parking charge invoice for an overstay

Redx, I pop off the forum for 10 minutes and you come in giving the same advice I was going to give

OP - Having your company name you as driver will reset all of the appeal times so you can then appeal, and win.

You should ask your company to name you as the driver, this discharges their liability, and should be sent to both new generation and gladstones (who will be roxburghe pretending to be them). Then appeal to get this to popla if rejected by the parking company

But this lot never do court (to date) so an option is still ignore, bearing in mind that they have 6 years to chase this, and it will be your company not you they could make a claim against.
