Be handy to see this if it does so, OP can you possibly scan or photo the NtK for us to have a look, just redact all personal info from there, including images of the car, and bar-codes and everything about where this took place. Basically just read my signature below.
Use photobucket.com or tinypic.com and just post links here minus the http:// part of the link as you won't be able to post links.
Many thanksWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Yes that was my concern too - rather worrying because I dare say a lot of people will fall for it0 -
Hopefully somebody a bit clued up will ring them and we can have a laugh at the recording of the call0

Lets hope the good sense to avoid any business that has these people operating has now sunk in.
People are sick to death of Aldi scamming them whilst they race around the store like a trolley dash trying to beat the shop to the clock challenge.
If you fail and it is easy in a supermarket with one till and 500 customers, they reward you by allowing their parking agents to scam you and waiting for thier cut with greedy little rubbing hands.
What a way to treat customers.Be happy...;)0 -

From the linked articleThe car parking area shall thereafter be retained as car park in connection with the store and as short stay parking for shoppers visiting the district centre.
REASON: To ensure that adequate off-street parking provision is made to reduce the possibilities of the proposed development leading to on-street parking problems in the area, and to maintain the vitality and viability of the district centre.this condition greatly influenced the planning committee in deciding to grant planning permission. It’s questionable if the present notice is legally enforceable as it states ‘Free parking for Aldi Customers only. From the Plain Language Commission:
"The BPA has surely become one of the most socially dangerous organisations in the UK"0 -
So shouldn't County Councillor Dave Houseman grow a pair, and lobby the Council to take action like Brighton & Hove Council did when Portslade Aldi tried the same same...the sign lasted a few days didn't it, Hot Bring?!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
