    I haven't had mine either. One of my friends has though. Seems odd. I've had the DLA one.

    Each year, your benefits go up a certain amount. The uprating letter is a letter which says your benefits will go up and you'll now get £xxx.xx per week.

    I always assumed they send out the letters via surname. Probably wrong.

    my surname is C and it arrived 27th of February so perhaps they are going in reverse order.

    Also received my ' eight page ' DLA annual letter. { 28th of February }

    You have to wonder why they waste so much paper as I expect most people will never get past the first page.

    first uprating scan runs middle January and is done automatically by the system so most people get their letter, then a second and a third if needs be, then a report is printed with the Names and Ninos of people who haven't been uprated for whatever reason, a processor then runs through manually on each case that is left this clears the system and sends out the letter...

    If you haven't had the letter by end of March the uprating payment could be sitting there and not going out automatically.

    Anything can cause this and beginning of April is always a hectic time
