Hi,thanks for the replies, and yes I have read the newbies thread. It has a template letter to send to the parking company which I will use however I am pretty sure that they will reject the appeal. I was asking for advice on how to proceed with the POPLA letter. I'm sorry, I should have made that clearer.
fully detailed (with links) in post #3 of that NEWBIES thread you say you have read (not just post #1 where the template letter is)0 -
Oops, silly, I didn't click on the links. Thank you.0

Do show us your draft based on he examples in the link 'How to win at POPLA' if you are unsure before submitting it to POPLA.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Just received a letter today from MET parking stating that my appeal has been accepted and the charge has been cancelled.
I am surprised though, thought it was definitely going to get rejected, and I would have to go through POPLA.
Thanks for all the help.0 -
Well done
