We have enough paperwork to win our case, but as pointed its unlikely we will see the money. How many people check out Recommended businesses by close friends. (Yes they are good friends, and they don't exactly feel too go about what's happened) CCJs only came to light after we started looking into his back ground.0

Some lessons to be learned here (hope they are not too expensive for you):
(i) Do not rely on the recommendations of friends.
(ii) Research someone before you part with your cash.
(iii)it is usually cheaper and less time consuming to do a job yourself rather than pay someone else to do it.

The car was a Nissan Terrano. Reg Y204 HBR.
You really wouldn't want this car behind you on the road, (unless the brakes have been done) I have since brought another Terrano, fantastic cars when you get the right one. (Well serviced and rust free)0
