Today I received a Parking charge from CPS for not displaying my disabled badge on the dashboard which I knocked on the floor of the car as I get out. I was parked in a disabled bay in a retail park as I had to return a faulty item - I was there no longer than 30 minutes. I feel quite angry about this as my only reason for being in the car park owned by the company I was returning the faulty goods was because I had to replace the item. The fact my badge was not on display on the dash seems a little harsh as it could be seen if they looked in the car. Do I have any redress?

I would assume by this you mean a windscreen ticket ?

read this while you wait for the postal NTK to arrive https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4816822

also try complaining to the landowner and/or shop under the EA 2010 , which is what actually applies, as your BB has no actual relevance on private land , but your protected person status under the EA 2010 DOES !

    A few quick questions:
    1) Was this a ticket attached to the vehicle?
    2) Are you the registered keeper of the car?
    3) Where did this happen?

There are tried and tested methods used so that you don't have to pay anything.

Can you just confirm the company name, you are saying different names. UKCPS is one company CPS is an acronym used by various companies. Thanks

    Well done.

Did they say anything about receiving formal confirmation from the PPC that it is cancelled?
