Sky Broadband

I am with plusnet but they want me to sign a 2 year contract to get a deal.

I am a Sky TV customer and have a 12 months half price unlimited broadband deal in my offers.

Are Sky a good broadband provider? Where is the call centre for broadband?

Had a word with Marshall Wade and he's going to pop round with some helpful suggestions.

There is a call centre in Livingstone, but I would expect it to relocate south of the border.

One in Derby, which is as far as Bonnie Prince Charlie got.

Customer support is pretty good these days, as with the rest they rely on BT OR to maintain the lines. FTTC is self install using a combined VDSL modem/router.
That gum you like is coming back in style.

Just been with sky for 5 months and as far as I'm concerned, not impressed with their broadband, had nothing but hassle with it, now regretting leaving Virgin.

I have had mine for 5 months, have had no problems and have a faster speed than with O2.

I had Sky BB for 3 years and it was brilliant. Can't comment on what it is like after the O2 buy-out.
