I used this company last week - cost me £4.99 instead of the £19.99 Vodafone wanted to unlock my PAYG Huawei G300. It was all done in less than 24 hours - they sent 4 codes & the first one worked straight away

I don't think there are many unlockers supplying codes for Samsungs, so it won't be as cheap. Motorola codes seemed readily available when the G came out.

Hi federer,
As d123 suggested, could you try a non Vodafone SIM in the phone to see if it works?
If it doesn't, Google 'Vodafone unlocking codes' and the top search result will link you to the form you'll need to complete to request it from us. As you were a Pay monthly customer, we'll provide the code free of charge.
Kind regards,
Lee
