How long are people waiting for PAC codes from Ovivo?

Hi everyone. I requested my pac code from Ovivo at 09:45 this morning. As of now (16:25) I still have not received it. How many hours did others with the same problem have to wait to receive it? Also as Ovivo goes through the Vodaphone network, are Vodaphone liable to make sure we get a pac code?

Requested mine about 8:30 this morning and it came through at 4:04pm

I suspect we are looking at weeks if not months.

Nearly all of Ovivo's former customers will have requested them so there will be huge backlog. As you've applied fairly late, lots of people will be in front of you in the queue.

I applied mid-evening yesterday and I'm not expecting to get for some time.

The sim still appears to be allowing incoming calls and I'm hoping this will continue until we can port out, but this could be cut off any time.

Mine came this morning, I requested it yesterday evening sometime after 9pm.

I assumed (possibly wrongly) that the request for DOB was part of validating the requester's identity, as there was no login requirement (TBH I can't remember for sure if they asked for it on sign up, if they didn't I'd be wrong of course). They might also be validating the email, so I was careful to use the one I signed up with.

Following a tip on another forum, I tried applying again for my PACs and it allowed the second request, but when I tried a third time it said no as I've already made this request.

This makes me wonder if the first request was somehow lost in the system as it shouldn't have allowed the second request. The fact that the third request was denied implies that the second request is actually in the system.

So it may be worth applying again to see if it allows it.
