Has anyone else has problems with Spark Energy?

Myself and my partner have been having some serious issues with Spark Energy. They have over-charged us and are refusing to refund us, and have even asked for even more money! Apparently they are like this with all of their customers. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had a problem! :mad:

    Oh yes, I had many problems in my time with them - even after I have left they are acting in a totally unprofessional manner and breaking their own guidelines and Ofgem regulations. Sadly the ombudsman service seems to allow Spark to run rings around them.

    Thanks for this. I have contacted them and they said that they would still welcome submissions from consumers. I'll be looking to do so later this week as Spark have not tried to settle this dispute since it was brought to their attention on this forum.
