How can access my voice mail to advise people calling me that I have changed my number but keep this line with out topping up
the phone
Do you mean for free? Are you sure callers will be interested in your new number? As it's not a polite way of suggesting contacts stay in touch with you.0 -

If you've already set up a PIN for it, you should be able to call in from the new (or any) phone.
If not, you might try asking customer services if they can set up the voicemail PIN so for you. The answer would probably be no, but I did once get 30 pence goodwill credit added so I could call from the phone itself to set things up0 -

That's assuming they had set up a pin for the access in the 1st place. Often now for security, the initial access has to be made via the sim account, (which may cost money and the OP doesn't sound like they are willing to spend anything at all )
