Is there any other way of ensuring we keep our ovivo number so we can transfer to another operator. I know they say fill in a form but if everyone does it.. will we ever see a PAC code ?

Think Martin needs to advise on this one :-)

I see no reason why the PAC request won't be done, even if Vodafone have to organise it.

Whats annoying is that no message was sent to users on their phones. My partner could have broken down and not been able to call anyone.. pretty poor

Wife received PAC code which is basically her phone number with no spaces. Not what I'd expect.

PAC Code requested earlier. Guessing they're sending them by email?? Nothing yet.

Santander looking at fraud chargeback for both my sims and said they'd call me in a few days..... if I've found a new network by then!!!

Just received PAC code thank goodness. Be careful though as it went to Junk folder.
