Massive changes to ISA and pension rules.
Sounds exciting but nothing about Child Trust Funds which no longer exist and cannot be transferred to ISA's, a lot of dead money laying in zombie accounts as a result.Anger ruins joy, it steals the goodness of my mind. Income inequality lower (really?)
Stopping offshoring of profits and rich indivuals taking money offshore.
Small minority do not pay taxes. Those signing up to disclosed tax avoidance schemes will have to pay up tax up front. Will bring forward £4bn in tax receipts and reduce appeal.
HMRC budget to tackle non-compliance to be increased.
Increasing tax debt recovery rates
HMRC given ability to access bank accounts
Migrants to be stopped from claiming benefits to which they aren't entitled.
Increased use of EIS and VCT schemes.
Tax on houses over £500k bought through corporate envelope (not to be let out) will be charged stamp duty at 15%.
LIBOR investigation broadening to FOREX markets.

Owning residential properties in a company (to avoid stamp duty) now subject to a 15% annual tax.
