Just wanted to let you know that the group MySociety have just published a review of Parliament's online services.
Strategic Review of Online Services report (PDF 2.15 MB)
The Management Boards recently agreed to implement two key recommendations made in the review:
Members of the public are welcome to give feedback on any aspect of the review.

- to establish a new Digital Office bringing together the management of all online and ICT services into a single organisation;
- to appoint a Head of Digital to run that organisation, publicly accountable for delivering measurably rising levels of satisfaction with Parliament’s digital services from Members, staff and the public
