Hi everyone...
Thank you so much for all your messages of support... and apologies to danno for not getting online sooner :0) I have two littlens who don't really agree with the same bedtime as me!!!!
the 30k has come about by taking out an unsecured loan of 12,900 and then an insurance premium of 3,982, then a load of interest of 12,053.
So basically they are claiming the whole lot, plus a load of fees...
We have other creditors that total about £28k as well...
Any more infor needed... let me know....
Once again thank you so much everyone... I would be feeling a hell of a lot worse about tomorrow if it weren't for you guys... I know I know mushy aren't I

We're back... not much news I am afraid... they adjourned it for a later date as the judge does not agree with the amount they are claiming as they have not taken into account any of the payments I have made to them... so basically 3 years of payments (varying amounts) they haven't reduced the total accordingly...
So we are left in limbo waiting for another court date... which means we can't do anything with the house... just got to sit tight and see what happens....
Will keep you guys informed and let you know when we get a date through.
Thanks guys

Good that the Judge had looked at the figures.
Sit tight and gather any more information that you can until you hear more.

Some good news in the fact the Judge doesn't agree with the amount they are attempting to get from you, so fingers crossed that if nothing else, you are looking at a smaller sum.2026 Goals

Thats good news, I'm sure it feels like bad because you have to go back but I think the judge is being really fair to you.0
