Do you lose other network incentives with 3rdPty cashbacks?

I have always dealt directly with the network for my phone upgrades (been with Orange for some 12 years).

I am now considering porting over to the T-mobile flext tariffs and Iwould like to know if you get the full benefit of the network incentives eg, free weekend calls, should you buy this from third party outlets such as the popular ones that give cashbacks.

So you can only get it from T-Mobile telesales, purchasing via https://www.t-mobile.co.uk ,or purchasing instore at an official T-Mobile shop.

Thank you for the quick turnaround :beer: ... but, oh, makes my analysis a lil' more complicated.

No for Orange and O2. You keep yoru incentives, free gifts, etc. I signed up to O2 from a third party, got my six month bonus, and the free weekend calls, etc. With Orange, free roaming, free international calls, large GPRS allowance, etc.

They didn't care where I came from, just as long as I paid on time
