Hi, can anyone tell me if i have a 14 day cooling off period for my Orange broadband upgrade?
They offered me a good deal to stay, which included a lot of mobile calls.
After a call to orange mobile regarding no signal in my area they have given me a signal booster, so i can now use my mobile at home. yey!
if i switch to plusnet i can save over a fiver a month, doesn't sound a lot, but things are tight!
tried ringing but on hold forever, it's been 9 days since the upgrade

No cooling off period on an upgrade normally, and if there was it then it would have ceased once the upgrade was applied. No free lunch, and no free laptop0

I phoned them earlier, asked if i could leave as i was within 14 days and was told yes. I asked if i was within the cooling off period to which she replied yes!
I did ask if i would have any fees to pay but it seems that i was within the time frame....I hope there hasn't been a mistake and i get bundeled with a huge bill once i've switched. Mac code is on it's way too0
