Cancel Orange broadband upgrade...

Hi, can anyone tell me if i have a 14 day cooling off period for my Orange broadband upgrade?
They offered me a good deal to stay, which included a lot of mobile calls.
After a call to orange mobile regarding no signal in my area they have given me a signal booster, so i can now use my mobile at home. yey!
if i switch to plusnet i can save over a fiver a month, doesn't sound a lot, but things are tight!

tried ringing but on hold forever, it's been 9 days since the upgrade

No cooling off period on an upgrade normally, and if there was it then it would have ceased once the upgrade was applied.

I phoned them earlier, asked if i could leave as i was within 14 days and was told yes. I asked if i was within the cooling off period to which she replied yes!
I did ask if i would have any fees to pay but it seems that i was within the time frame....I hope there hasn't been a mistake and i get bundeled with a huge bill once i've switched. Mac code is on it's way too
