Tesco broadband keeps disconnecting - what are my rights?

Hi,

Our tesco broadband keeps disconnecting :(. We are 5 months into a 12 month contract. What would our options be?

I'd love to cancel it and move onto someone else ...

    Where and what disconnects .
    Majority of internet problems are user end .
    Have you checked via master socket .
    What does your ISP say in regard to your problem.
    Cancel would require you to pay off your contract .

    and if it's a faulty phone line, you'd still have the same problem.

    Report it and ask them to repair it would be the best option.
