G24 throw in the towel as soon as they see your letter C-M :T

And I've got six under my belt using my briefer letter. Challenge G24 with words they don't understand and bang - the charge is cancelled.

How many words of more than one syllable did you use HB? :rotfl:

I have thought of sending them my "Ant and Bee" books to help them learn to read but they are worth considerably more than a fake G24 invoice !

( And I can feel the puzzled faces on the youngsters from here ;) )

  • Just thought i'd let anyone else know. Got a "Contractual Parking Charge Notice" from G24. Using the same letter used by Hot Bring (19/3/14 10.11) we sent it last week and this week (Thursday) G24 waived the notice - SO IT PAYS TO CHALLENGE.

    Thanks again for the format

Thank you and well done :T

Another one chalked up G24 - still awaiting my court papers ( or were you telling fibs by chance ? ) :rotfl:I love costing G24 money :D

    Hi,

Its has been very helpful reading all your comments about parking charges and ways to challenge them. I kind of dropped myself in it with my appeal...but was hoping someone could advise me best way to answer this letter.
I got ticket for parking Homebase Bath for more than 90min, by Topher and according to letter they are part of the BPA. I said i was shopping in homebase and and Sainsbury (located next to each other, both with the same 90 min rule) and because i am decorating my home i spent longer in Homebase looking for ideas and going back and forth between the shops etc in my appeal letter. I genuinely do shop in Homebase a lot and i told them to ask Homebase to check my Nectar activity (which they ignored) but on this day i didn't so no proof of receipt. They replied asking me for proof. however £85 and £50 reduced is very steep for a one off and a 1.50 transaction fee for debit card.
I haven't replied to this second letter yet and whilst waiting for a reponse and automatic letter was sent out warning me that the 14 days reponse has passed which stressed me more.
Can i still get away with writing the advised response letters proposed on this forum?
Furthermore the offense happened 3 weeks before i even got a letter, yet they always manage to back date the letters a few days.

    Thanks for your help

Sorry, but you aren't going to get much help by posting a Topher parking charge query on a totally unrelated G24 thread. If you carefully read my signature (the one-liners under the line below this post), you might get a strong hint!
