Have lived in our house 19 years, today I have finally got around to applying to Anglian for the surface water drainage discount. Fingers crossed they agree with my application and we start to save a bit of money.

It took you 19 years? We're with Anglian, and our discount is £35 a year, I think. It doesn't say on the bill.
