No plugins for Chrome.
Its a corporate laptop so cannot adjust the security software, there is only one piece of security software, beyond the boot encryption, which was added a few months ago. I dont recall what its called but remember the communication about it saying it was there to protect against rogue websites etc when connected directly to the internet via wifi etc rather than via the corporate network/ VPN. Its logo is a mid blue shield in the system tray. No idea if it deactivates itself when connected via the corporate network or not.
It may have happened around the same time, I cannot recall as I've slept since then0
