I've had another look through the stickies etc but couldn't find a list of scammers. What would be useful is a list of those companies who will sue you, alongside those who won't - broadly speaking; a list of suers and sewers if you like.

ParkingEye
Civil Enforcement Ltd
UKCPS (not to be confused with UKPC, who don't)
Excel / VCS
District Enforcement
De Vere
PCM (UK)
Combined Parking Solutions
Proserve / Ransomes
... the rest of the BPA AOS member list don't currently sue, but they have up to 6 years from date of event to do so.
I have been providing assistance, including Lay Representation at Court hearings (current score: won 57, lost 14), to defendants in parking cases for over 5 years. I have an LLB (Hons) degree, and have a Graduate Diploma in Civil Litigation from CILEx. However, any advice given on these forums by me is NOT formal legal advice, and I accept no liability for its accuracy.0 -

I would add to that list by Bargepole:
Napier
BSG have also issued a claim recently
and of course
PCN(NW) Ltd now with the IPC0 -
What other word describes someone that demands money they aren't entitled to?
I don't see any moral difference between them and the Nigerian 419 email merchants.0 -

Such a list may help consumers decide which business are better to spend your money with if you own a car, it should include Known double dippers and those most likely to issue vexatious unlawful claims that you have to waste time defending, so consumers can decide if it is worth the risk even visiting such stores.Be happy...;)0

I think you would have to say may or may not rather then will or wont!
Because they haven't doesn't mean they wont!0 -
