CPP Payouts?

Just wondering if anyone has had a payout yet from CPP following submitting your claim form?

I have just had mine paid back. This is for pre 2005 mine was from Santander. They were quick i got an offer letter signed it and i had the cheque within 3 days. Now i am waiting to see if i get the other 2 years i paid from CPP. Good luck with yours.:j

Similar experience. Just had confirmation of nearly £600 from Santander, just waiting for it to hit the bank and the see how much I get from CPP.

What's the betting it won't be that painless with Nationwide? They have acknowledged my complaint and advised the usual 8 weeks waiting time, we will see.

I sent my letter off but havent heard anything and its been 4 weeks should i call them to chase it?

It might be worth a quick call, you should have received an acknowledgement of your complaint by now.

My letter to Nationwide was sent 28/02 and their reply is dated 07/03.

Every response to the Op's question has been irrelevant so far! The OP wanted to know if anyone had so far been paid out by the CPP scheme for post 2005 card insurance…everyone else is talking about complaints to their bank!:eek:

Haha thanks.

I rang them and they have received my 3 claim forms 4 weeks ago but have up to 8 weeks from receiving them to respond back about payment. So hopefully any day within the next 4 weeks I should receive something from them (preferably a cheque).

Fully expect them to take the entire eight weeks, reply to you in the ninth week and then promise to pay you "within 28 days" of you actually accepting any redress.

They said that the next contact would be to let me know if I am due money or not, and if I am a cheque will be attached. So I am hoping to receive 3 x letters with cheques shortly
