Orange Under 24 plan
I have recently discovered this was not added to my son's plan a year ago when he renewed his contract with orange. He presented his passport at the orange store but the package was never added and we have been overcharged nearly every month since for his internet usage as he should have had 1gb instead on 250 mb he actually got! Orange have said I should have checked my bill and offered me £30 but I've actually overpaid by about £100 over the year. Can I do anything as we have no documentation to prove orange added the under 24 plan to his contract - he simply took his passport to our local store and was told it would be done?

Orange are right, people are expected to control their own finances by checking the bill every now and then.====0 -
If you couldn't be bothered to check your bills, then why should Orange bend over backwards to help you. Had you checked when the first bill came out which cost you more than you anticipated you would have noticed and could have sorted it out there and then.Never under estimate the power of stupid people in large numbers0

Despite the fact you have no proof and others are perfectly correct about YOU not checking your bills, make a formal complaint to complaints@everythingeverywhere.co.uk. The fact that they offered you £30 suggests that they accept your version of what happened. If they fail to respond (as in my case they always do) wait 8 weeks, then go to CISAS and complain to them with copies of your Orange complaint/offer of £30 etc.0
