Not sure if this helps or not , but usually the Ryanair confirmation number shows up on your credit card bill , if you havent had it through yet phone your bank card provider.
Can you remember which airport you are flying from? :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:
yes it was liverpool, i think or was it leeds bradford no hang on definitely liverpool:j or maybe it was luton . only joking but your quote made me laugh;)
Seeing all you guys discussing cheap flights wonder if that's why I can't get through to CS at the moment! I booked my flights in Feb and would just turn up at the airport if it was just me but it's our family holiday so would like to feel a bit more secure about it, looked on the bank statement and no booking ref there (maybe because I paid with a debie card?) So I'm still stuck... By the way, it looked like the 0871 number I was ringing yesterday cost 10p per minute - that's what it said on the site, maybe it's gone down?
Just wanted to say in case anyone gets in the same situation that I followed advice from people on here and just turned up at the check in desk without the booking ref, and all was well - they only needed our names to find us. Phew! End of stress and had a good holiday, won't worry about this again. Although I must say I still think it's pretty bad that Ryanair doesn't have a CS email address.
