Lost my ryanair booking ref - help

Hello all.

I booked in May a day in Brussels for mother and i, however it came to 6p so i cant remember who else is coming. I cant locate an email and my bank account doesnt show a ref number for the booking.

i am reluctant to spend £1 a min however i checked saynoto0870 but the irish number asks me to call the premium rate.

any ideas?

Can you go to the website and see if you can find it from there.
Can you look at your old emails to see if the reference number is still there?

I have always received an email ablut a week before the due date to confirm the booking and flight times names etc

Hi, my daughter had exactly the same problem and we tried saynoto0870 but in the end gave in and rang the 0870 number a couple of days before she was due to fly. Luckily it only took a couple of minutes on the phone to get the booking reference number and a confirmation email followed within minutes.

i emailed someone is CS and magically this morning an email confirmation appeared in the inbox i used during the booking process. the problem with the penny flights is one forgets where one is going and who with,

I can't find my email booking confirmation, can't get through on the telephone number (tried all day and either heard music and nothing or a recorded mesage) - I could not find an email address for CS - does anyone have one? It's really stressful not being able to contact them and them making it so difficult for people - there isn't even an FAQ on the website, and clearly I'm not the only one to have lost the wretched email! All help gratefully received.

I've never been asked for my booking ref at check in, just passport. Flown with them loads of times.

lol you might thing this strange but i can't even remember the full date just know it was mid september sometime. must have been having a dizzy moment

I lost my booking reference, however the flights were still available so i booked again for another 4p this was a lot cheaper than phoning the 0870 number
