use the cheap vodka to make vodka jellys or put in to a watermelon....mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

LIDL do a blue label vodka at under a tenner which is pretty good not nippy like cheap vodka at all.

Wow, there have been a few replies since yesterday! Thank you guys, this thread has been so useful to me and it is also going to help other people I'm sure.

I went Aldi and M&S shopping today, got vodka and dark rum on 2 for £20 so that cost me £16 with my discount. Got the Aldi version of Malibu, one of the Aldi versions of Baileys (they have a couple), Aldi gin.

Woo, I'm so excited!

Well the dark rum went down very well! I tried it and thought it was horrible but then I like sweet tasting drinks and the measures that were being poured were like mostly rum with the tiniest splash of cola!:eek:
The party went on until 7am so I think I had drunk myself sober by then. Only just feeling myself again though I didn't drink that much, I stuck to the Malibu and vodka and was sensible(ish) with my measures!
