Nothing on the GMP Facebook page ( where they appear to announce arrests ) ?"The darkest places in hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of moral crisis." - Dante Alighieri0

It's speculation, sorry but without sources it's not in any way a factWhen posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Not arguing, take it or leave it.
It can't be sub-judice if it's only an arrest on suspicion...
In English law, the term was correctly used to describe material which would prejudice court proceedings by publication before 1981. Now covered by the Contempt of Court Act 1981, which, in this respect, doesn't bother anyone here.
Also, if you are going to try to give legal advice, please include your LPC registration number?

I agree with Spacey - see here, and worth everyone taking note before any wild speculation takes hold.

Surely there has to be some kind of official source, otherwise anyone could start a new account to stop a conversation that doesn't suit them by stating it's now sub judice?0 -
It may well be sub-judice, but that does not mean there must be a blanket ban on all comment. Posters should inform themselves what is and is not likely to constitute contempt of court.
If/when the person has been named, it does not stop people doing internet searches on him. Facebook, linkedin, twitter, etc can be a rich source of information. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com0 -

Firstly, there is no such thing as a LPC registrations number. There are registration numbers for the SRA and the Bar but thats it.
A JD is impressive but tends to suggest you have a legal qualification from a country outside of the UK.
Finally, "Criminal proceedings are deemed active once a person is arrested" so yes, on arrest sub judice applies. (http://www.out-law.com/page-9742)0 -
The people on here that know me, know who I am and what I did for 33 years.
That is enough for me.
To everyone else, I can be anything they want me to be.
But lets put it this way when I tell you it is Sub Judice, it might be a good idea to listen
Or just call me
Troll, liar, talker of rubbish, tin foil hatter.
I like all of those.Be happy...;)0
