ERUDIO student loans help

I'm not sure that's true, there have been other cases on here of people saying Erudio have included CB in a partner's name in their own deferment calcs. If you used to include it and then suddenly leave it out I'd expect them to query it. Definitely raise a formal complaint about the deferment threshold issue though.0

erudio are part of the arrow global a group of shell companies set up scam people out of money they do not owe.
my account was 3 mths from closing but they said i had arrears but never showed me were they came from.
they demanded money an unknown amount i was to pay monthly for an unknown amount of time
they refused to give straight answers so then demanded all the money and since they took over have past me from one company to another All owned by the arrow global. even drydens ltd was bought by them all the directors fired in one month and 2 yes men from arrow global put in position.
this company then lied to a judge saying i had not communicated with them when i did via resolver and have proof
the judge was bought off and if i want to appeal i have to pay the court over £200 i dont have i earn under the poverty line in income. erudio and the arrow are con men cheats thugs gangsters all they want is the money and dont care how they get it1 -
i am being scammed by them i have complained every step of the way they now lied to a judge and i now have a ccj and i can prove it. they said i did not communicate with then i did it via resolver and have the records to prove it.
i dont care i will die before i give them a penny of the false claimed 2k they say i owe. it was a fraud case from the start.
my income is under the uk poverty line but they refused to accept this. they dont care they want the money erudio is part of arrow global as is every single company that they will send this fake claim too, dryden ltd was got by them and the directors were fired and 2 loyal yes men from arrow global put in the business.0 -
there is NO point complaining to any part of the arrow global - erudio or one of the 10's of other companies they use all owned by them you will not get a response in your favour they want the money and will lie and fake records to get it.0

I am in the same boat. They didnt accept my bank statements as adequate proof because i had only been self employed for less than a year and had no tax returns to supply. Before that i was on maternity leave.
Still arguing with them about it several yerars later.
Now its been 25 years and im over the age threshold too, but due to them not accepting deferral proof i now have arrears, which barrs me from exiting the loan agreement.
Im still earning far less than the threshold amount.
I'm thinking about finding a solicitor and challenging it, I've contacted the Citizens Advice but might just find a solicitor anyway - I'd rather give someone else the money over Erudio. I have a voluntary debt agreement so could add it to that and give them £2 a month but I feel really cheated by them and don't want to let them get away with it.

A number of years ago, I found that despite me deferring, Erudio had been taking £100 a month from my account as I had filled in the DD form. I made appeal after appeal and despite refusing to repay me, they also said I was in default. Then randomly out-of-the-blue about 2 years later, I received a £500 cheque from them in the post. If you are insistent following the rather ridiculous time consuming rigmarole of going to the ombudsman, as long as you know exactly where you stand, there's a good chance it will turn out in your favour. As long as you keep going on with your complaint, despite the many refusals, if you have a case, it will work out in your favour (hopefully). Not going that route will unfortunately give arrow global the victory they are aiming for by grinding you down. Complaints making it to the ombudsman also automatically incur a fine for Erudio and having something overturned will also see you compensated, as well as the problem resolved. Know your case, back it up with evidence, dont be deterred by refusals and dont let them win by grinding you down. After filing an official complaint with erudio, make it clear you will continue on to the ombudsman until it is resolved. And good luck!0

How can the threshold for repayment have dropped by 2k in a year? Do we think it’s likely to drop again next year with everything that is going on ? I can defer next year again but if it doesn’t rise il have to start repaying. I’m 4 years off them being wiped off, so it’s going to be a gamble for me waiting to see what settlement offer comes through and if I take it0

You have a year when incomes have dropped mostly because of the virus, you are then going to have another year affected also by the virus & then also by the the effect of brexit so incomes are again going to drop. The whole point of (a no deal) brexit is to reduce incomes for most ordinary people in the UK whilst increasing that of the already wealthy.

Nightmare I’m sure there will be many like me thought they’d be ok and now with the drop they get caught with repayments0
