THanks for the update.
Shouldnt the announcement of online deferment be via a package arriving in the post saying deferment by any means is open now?0 -

They do online deferral 4 weeks before normal, did the same last year. I guess it's to try and sucker people into agreeing their T&C's.0 -
I haven't had my deferment application forms yet. Can I get copies from somewhere without contacting Erudio?
My deferment date is 8 weeks away.
Erudio is still claiming I am in arrears, despite them telling me that they would fix that if my previous deferment claim was accepted. Not sure why I expected them to be good for their word. Their claim for arrears came from their refusal to acknowledge my clear and full application for deferment in their first year of 'special forms'.0 -
I had a large amount of arrears built up due to non communication from Erudio - I received 3 years worth of correspondence in one go from them through the post. I complained, and even though the issue was entirely their fault they agreed to only remove a small amount of arrears, leaving me with arrears of around £1600. I have tried and tried to contest this with them, but have just realised that very cleverly on their part this puts me out of their terms and conditions, meaning that even though the loan would have been written off next year, it now wont be, as I have uncleared arrears. They are one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - absolute crooks0

Send them an official letter of complaint. They must investigate it and reply within 8 weeks. If you're then unsatisfied you can take it to the FoS.0 -
Just a question : how does Erudio take overtime into account?
I waited to send my deferment until I had my March payslip since that shows my end of year figures and gives an overall picture
Using the average of gross overtime pay and gross salary added together, I am under the threshold.
But...how do they see it?
Even using the averages from the last three places me under the threshold (I used Jan, Feb and Mar : Jan is over threshold, Feb and Mar are not)
Always a stressful time
I have financial commitments from all sides and can’t afford to repay at the moment0 -

If you are under the threshold for the year it does not matter. See below for current threshold rates.
From 1 September 2018 to 31 August 2019 the deferment threshold will be a gross annual income of £30,737
(equivalent to £2,561.41 a month).
You could earn over the threshold for x amount of months but if your yearly salary (yearly full rate of pay) does not exceed it then you qualify for deferment. Do not let erudio tell you any different.
