A company with volunteer members? That is not a company but a club as far as I can see and thus probably needs a constitution.

Yes, I agree with you but technically it is a company limited by guarantee and I believe I have to amend the M&A in order to make the company a club or other kind of organistaion. Also I would like to know if I have to provide to company house a copy of the constitution.

No, Companies House do not usually need to be informed of minutes to meetings.

What do you mean by the 'object of the company'?
The object of the company (limited by guarantee) in the memorandum (in my case I would to insert the object of the non-profit organisation).

If you need to change the Memorandum of Association, I don't think you can (especially since the Companies Act 2006)

If you need to change the Articles of Association, then once you have met the requirements to do this, you will need to provide Companies House with the new Arts.

If you just wish to change the SIC (Standard Industrial
Classification) which indicates the main business of your company, you can do this with your next annual return :)

What about the constitution in order to accept membership?

I think I have just to amend the Articles and constitution, and then send a copy to Company House.

If you have set up a ltd co, then you would be well advised to use an accountant. While these questions may not be strictly finance related, I'd expect an intelligent accountant to either answer them, or point you to the kind of professional advice you need. Muddling along may get you into some very difficult situations.
