Threatened at work by a customer

No I haven't. Perhaps I will ask for that tomorrow.0

In what way is this person a customer?0

Since the OP is being threatened and harrassed she is a victim of crime.
Harassed, yes, threatened? hard sale from what they have posted.
Speak to your employer, ring the police and ask them to have a word with the gentleman to stay away from you. If they don't take action, complain.
If he doesn't stop speak to your council about attaining a restraining order.0 -

OP used the word threatened - both in the OP and in the thread title. Harrassed was 'my' word!Charityworker wrote: »Anyway, the father of the person accusing has been into where I work 5 times and threatened and verbally abused me for 'advocating sex offences'.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

I know it is what she used, but her examples, which it would be reasonable to be the worst examples, don't include any threatening behaviour. 'I'm going to tell on you' isn't threatening behaviour.0 -
Charityworker- thank you for doing such a difficult job. We as a society need people like you who are willing and able to help those who need it.0

Maybe the OP has been circumspect about the threats; maybe they're not as menacing as 'threatening' implies. Possibly she's being careful in what she is posting as it's an ongoing case.
But you make a fair point.
Nevertheless the fact that he's in there 'discussing' this case with her at all is not acceptable.Don't put it DOWN; put it AWAY"I would like more sisters, that the taking out of one, might not leave such stillness" Emily Dickinson

How could he be 100% sure one way or the other (unless heactually saw any rape being committed)?0 -
Report it to the court, probably through defence lawyer, get an injunction.0
