Really need some advice asap!!! bought the d500 (free) about 10 days ago from mobile shop internet seemed like a good deal it was on orange OVP Relax 100 =(100xnetmins) £23 month get 5 months half price line rental£11.50 works out at £218 over year Just seen post for bargain d500 on orange ovp 200 (200mins) on esave for only £4.99x12 months so that means you are getting an extra 100mins more at half the cost!
I have 14 day trial of phone whatever that means??? I have used the phone but not downloaded anything on to it, should I contact orange & see if they can match/change offer or do I need to contact mobile internet shop & state seen better offer or just return phone ??? also in agreement says you can alter contract after 6 months does that mean I could downgrade monthly payments? I will hardly use the phone so want the cheapest contract as pos!

Personally I'd ring up where you bought it from and return the phone, it doesn't matter you've used it - as long as not damaged. Then do the e2save deal.

The mobile internet shop are very unlikely to match e2save deal, plus e2save are probably the better option for not going bankrupt. Orange won't match the deal for you.

Why have you duplicated your original thread? You obviously haven't lost it as you've pressed thanks on one of the posts.

It looks like you need to move quickly if you want to get the phone back in time. Is Monday a Bank Holiday?

Echoing what Darren21 said, very unlikely they will match and even if they do I would return it having been stung by Forward Cellular I will only go with e2save or OSPS now, ring them up ASAP to return within your 14 days they will charge for any calls made but this will be small. And stick to your guns, they may try delaying tactics to get it beyond the 14 days and leaving you stuck with it!
