    sounds like a duff keyboard, and has an electronic component failure.
    Time for a new keyboard.

    a temp measure on win 7 or below under run type osk, or on 8 and above search for osk.

    btw, biscuits are not that bad on keyboard compared to coca cola, or the dog marking it's territory
