yes you adapt it to your own case, making sure you dont leave anything untoward in from the dave.b issues etc, but at least you have the popla appeal almost done for you

tick everything except stolen when submitting it

attach any proof you have to support your appeal , scans of paid for receipts etc , although you will probably win on not a gpeol anyway (or JAS will cancel when they see your popla appeal)

so once it fits your case and not dave.b`s case its good to go , seeing as his was good to go and he won

ps:- I would add numbered bullet points before the main appeal, so the assessor can easily see what grounds you are appealing on

    Hi,
I have had a look through but can't see any templates for JAS. I am not sure as to what grounds I am appealing to them on. Would anyone be able to advise me?

Not being funny but, not attempting to search a forum is going to cause you problems if ever you need to use MSE again - any forum works best for you if you can search it for simple things. I even explained how to search and what keywords to use!

Anyway, you adapt that version to suit - this is your case so you know what's relevant and what isn't. Easy to win this now, but please have a go at searching the forum and NOT relying on links - which doesn't help you if ever you need to research anything on any forum. Once I learned how to search on MSE I found I could use any other forum with ease, which has come in useful for all sorts of things of interest, from football to GCSE study help for my kids.
