Just call them up and they should be able to send you one.

Interesting, I called and requested the contactless card and was informed that they don't issue these for their credit cards yet.

Both my debit cards with them are contactless ...

Think I'll have to make another call.

Actually I have a feeling that the Clarity is the only Halifax credit card available with contactless because the Clarity is issued by Lloyds Bank and runs on their systems (It just has Halifax branding).

Ah well in that case. Give them a ring again. The first time i went to get my Lloyds Amex/MC as contactless they told me it wasn't available. I redialled and got to someone who knew how to request one (The news card came the next day!!!).

Did you get a contactless card in the end? My Clarity card (one of the old HBOS system cards that has recently been transferred to the Lloyds system) was renewed this month and it wasn't contactless.

No, when i first phoned she said she would pass request onto another department to deal with, nothing came, when i phoned back they said they could not issue a contactless card but they will prob be rolled out in future.

Think it must be a Lloyd vs HBOS issue problem.
