Which phone and broadband?

Hi, I'm trying to sort out my mums phone and broadband, she currently pays separately which is costly however I'm not sure which package to go for. She's not in a cabled area so Virgin is a no go. She's with EE at present averaging 6.5mb which she said is fine and her phone is with BT at £80.93 per quarter, she hardly uses her landline so inclusive calls aren't needed. So far I've seen TalkTalk and PlusNet, TalkTalk being the cheaper of the two. I'd really appreciate some help from you experts, thanks in advance.

I am just about to move to Plusnet from Talktalk, similar price if you pay for 12 months line rental upfront, advantage of talktalk is free caller ID and some free calls, possible advantage of plusnet is hopefully better customer service and quicker problem solving. The price you pay also depends on if you are on a LLU exchange which generally gives you a better price.
