I haven't consciously done it, but often eat less on the two days a week .
This is key .... whether one is eating less on 2 days/week, or more on 5 :)

Watched another secret eaters this morning; they both kept a food diary of what they ate and said they were eating 1000 cals/day, the video of them done that week showed they were eating 3900 cals/day :)

There was one "healthy meal" the fella made - a moussaka. The dish was big enough to serve 6 and he topped it off with a very generous cheese sauce that, alone, was 2000 calories worth.

He'd also started the week by saying he used "vegetable oil... or olive oil ... as it's healthier".... and had no appreciation of the fact it's still laden with calories. A lot of people do that - eat something that's "healthy" but abuse it in the volume/frequency of use.

I have a completely sedentary lifestyle and suspect I eat over 3k cals a day - however I reckon being married to DW is takes 1000 calories a day...sadly due to the stress rather than what you are all thinking.

It may officially be summer in Inner Herts, we have just finished scrubbing out the 'swimming' and it is now being filled from the hot tap and in a minute I am going to put up the cantilever umbrella and uncover the bench swing. The new £9 relaxers may even get a try out later but don't tell PN...
    I think....

Good heavens! It's a magic eye picture. I can see two tigers, a giraffe, a palm tree..

In a word, michaels 'no', I don't fancy waking up to it.

It's rather worrying that's one of the refurbished rooms in the house. You'd be duty bound to live with it for a bit.

Well, at least you get space for your money .... here you can live in a space 60% of that one ... and it looks like somebody had a double garage they had no use for

Are you ok about that or would you like it to be different? Does she know how you feel?
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)

Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

That's the trouble with a refurb ... you've paid for somebody else's choices and taste .... so you'd feel like a mug to pay for it and then rip it out.... which then defeats the objective of buying something ready to move into.

That's what I keep telling myself. And again. And again and again...
