Lovely , lovely . Lovely.

I am stupid, stupid, stupid.
Did the hoovering.:) Walked the dog then started feeling iffy, turned back and got home feeling very ropey, took dextrose, tested and I was on the verge of a hypo.
Obvious if you think about it. I however had forgotten all about 'levels' because I was only at home, having a good day and only doing normal things. Should have checked myself after hoovering.0 -

Right.
You need to get some help managing this.
How do you access this? Is this sugar levels I presume? Have you read about, been advised about and abiding by guidlines as to appropriate diet?
Dear thing, you are TOO vital, too full of vigour to NOT follow this to the nht degree for what ever support medical or lifestyle you need.0 -

Interesting. When I meet people with concerns about immigration (and it isn't actually a frequent topic of conversation, but when it does happen to crop up) they mostly have nothing against Eastern Europeans, and are quite capable of behaving normally towards any that they meet; they just don't want the population of this country to go up any more - they have concerns about overstretching the infrastructure and the NHS and so on.
Working in a public library is like working in a shop. You don't get to choose the section of the public you meet and you really do meet an interesting (and sometimes strange) cross section. Most of the time this is thankfully good fun, but not always. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

I have to get myself organised for a review....and face the change to insulin.
LiR you post about doing stuff when you are on an up, and you discount the challenges you may have been suffering immediately prior. We all speak in unison and say pace yourself. You enjoy feeling normal and do too much, or you 'forget'.
I forgot. Because I do not think as myself as having an issue unless it is making it's presence felt or currently if I am about to drive.
Looking on the brightside I may now have to say I am giving up hoovering for health reasons:) Can't see me getting very far with that though:(0 -
