I can't say I've ever looked at/noticed anybody's nails ... except those gross/creepy ones that you sometimes see on programmes about chavs/scum/troublemakers where they've got strange curved ones that are about 1/2" longer than their fingers!

Like the middle finger on here: http://i253.photobucket.com/albums/hh62/ebucket16/Photo/Gallery/Fingernails.jpg

Do people look at others' nails?? Bit creepy/strange if they do to be honest..... (unless they're certifiably weird nails, then it's OK to look..... just to wonder how much of an unstable loon the owner is).

We had this discussion on an earlier thread and SC posted a picture of her nails. They were manicured.

    Well done :)
Now it'll be a shopping fest for cushions and twigs!

How long from start to this point?

Another chicken has not come in this evening and there are black feathers in a neighbours garden. It is not looking good.:(

The neighbour also saw a large fox take a male pheasant this afternoon from their garden. So the fox is pretty daring, they usually have an evening and dawn patrol. People have been in and out of gardens all afternoon and next door has a bonfire going.

We have one little chicken left, I am going to have to get her some friends urgently.

Need to talk to pest control. We cannot shoot pests as we have a public footpath across our plot.

Traditionally you get a bunch of dogs and perhaps a few people on horses to keep the dogs on the matter in hand. I believe it's surprisingly effective.

I can't even remember when we put the offer in exactly but it was either the third or fourth week of February.

Shopping fest is right, I am just going to close my eyes and hold the card out I think!

Crickey. Chat chat rabbit rabbit. You lot can go on a bit!

    Lovely pics NDG.

    Congratulations to chewy.

Good boy tomterm with your mum.

I'm a bit worried about The Boy. He's been very distracted at school and not joining in. I think it's a reaction to my cancer.

Well done Chewy. It must have been a rough time wasn't it! Glad the stress is over for you now.

Have you lots of stuff to move in, is it fully furnished to your liking or are you buying everything new?

Sorry to hear about the boy, Gen. Hope you can reassure him as much as you can, and keep his spirits up.

Gorgeous pics NDG, he is absolutely gorgeous and being cuddled by a very proud big brother.

    Congratulations Chewy

Total school/exam run miles this week were in excess of 100, this is on top of the normal running around so non essential trips have been banned for the moment....this could cause a problem as Josh tripped and fell on some stairs this evening and has hurt his knee!

Youngest seems happy enough though, he had one of his history exams today and came out pretty pleased with himself, especially when he checked one of his answers whilst we were in the car and discovered he had remembered not only the date of something but also all the other intricate information too.

Youngest has also shocked all of us....he has decided he is going to the prom! This, the young man who has declared all parties a waste of time and money, the young man who does not ever go to social occasions willingly. Not only that but he doesn't want a run of the mill prom suit, nope, he wants to wear something that makes a statement...it seems there is more of James in him than we ever suspected.

Now all we need to do is find out if our local suit hirer is up to the challenge of finding something that is small enough in height, extravagent enough for his taste and loose enough (so not child sizes) as he doesn't like anything that is close fitting on his body....oh and cheap enough for my purse!
We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.
